Honestly VISS has improved their CS since last year. The orange 2PS box says it ships from Minzitech supplies
ReplyDeletein China (Mainland) (Guangdong) not Korea so thats the first red flag. Now if you're worried about customer service at VISS who has a toll-free number and chat on their site I would be more concerned about ordering from a phantom company on Aliexpress.

I honestly have been using the product for a year and havent really seen any results. They state that after so many sessions no hair will show but that's never happened for me, it always grows back pretty much the same.
ReplyDelete.. it was totally worthless... did not work a single bit. and when I tried to send the product back and get a refund. they are not replying to my mail or phone. they are avoiding me because they have to refund me. I wouldn't trust VISS especially when they don't stand by their product or their 100 % money back guarantee.
ReplyDeleteThis information is all out of date and inaccurate. there are a lot of other reviews that are quite positive, and it looks like they have been doing better customer care now, based on their facebook comments and asking a few customers. in the end, I just recommend a potential buyers does all of their research.
ReplyDeleteYes, I have been using it for 6 months, and I have not received any results...really mad. I was so excited. and told all my friends about it, and know I'm so embarressed.

I agree. I sent an email last year because the machine was under warranty and they replied saying it was dust and that the noisy and poor performance will improve in a few more sessions. I have taken care of the machine as a porcelain. Looks new, reults a very very poor and now before the warranty expired I sent an email and they didn't reply. I made my mind to accept I lost $600, time and it was very painful even at 5. Not only that in my legs the rush is horrible afterwards for about 4 days to a week.
